Overview
The below itinerary provides one projection of the daily schedule. Changes may be made to improve the program quality, based on the logistical and educational needs of enrolled students.

Note:
Prices are indicative to the low and high ranges depending on the daily booking price. We can provide the flight booking service. If the school reaches the minimum 10 students, prices will likely be in the low range. If individual booking is needed, prices will likely be in the higher range.

Note: Hotel information will be added here closer to the departure. Additionally, hotels will be minimum 3 stars, have safe areas, twin rooms for students, and would be checked for safety and cleanliness.

The Land Price includes:
- Full-time Envoys Program Director(s)
- Customized Program Design and Arrangement
- All Accommodations (Double-Share)
- All Activities
- Ground Transportation
- Internal flights per itineraries
- Two meals daily (Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner)
- Medical Advisory Services
- Risk Management Planning, Assessment and Support
Program Payment
Program Payment Instructions
We’re excited to welcome your child on this journey and look forward to the experience ahead. To help ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask families to complete program payments according to the instructions below.
Envoys receives payments through the two methods outlined here. Each program’s cost is divided into a deposit payment and a balance payment. Please refer to the table underneath for the due dates by which these payments must be completed.

Credit or Debit Card: Accepted through our secure payment platform. Please note that all card payments include a 4% processing fee.

Wire Transfer for US based banks: Payments made via wire transfer do not include any additional fees.

When completing your payment, please ensure the following:

Full Name field: Enter the traveler’s full legal name (exactly as it appears on their passport or government-issued ID).

Email Address field: Provide a parent/guardian’s email address where we can reach you if we need clarification about the payment.
Alternative Payment Methods:
Wire Transfer for International banks: Payments made via wire transfer do not include any additional fees from Envoys. Please note that fees from your selected bank may apply. If this is your preferred payment method please read carefully and follow this set of instructions.
Refund Policy
We ask families to carefully review our refund policy (available in the FAQ section), including that 10% of the land price of a program is non-refundable.
Key Deadlines and Refund Policy
The minimum number of participants for the program to run is 25 students. If by our registration deadline we haven't reached our minimum, we will refund the deposits.
To successfully complete your child’s registration for the program, a full payment is required. Please note that your registration will only be considered confirmed once the full payment has been received. This step is essential to secure your child’s spot in the program.
Full payment, must be completed no later than December 12th, 2025.
