These are our program prices:

*Land price per person does not include accommodation with breakfast in Accra. The hotel in Accra will be $40.00 USD per night and payable to the hotel upon arrival. The group will be staying in Accra for four nights.

**International flight costs will be finalized after June 1.

These are our program deadlines:

We are excited to welcome you on this journey and look forward to the experience ahead. To help ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask participants to complete program payments according to the instructions below.

Envoys receives payments through the two methods outlined here. The program’s cost is divided into three payments; a deposit and two additional program payments. Please refer to the table above for the due dates by which these payments must be completed.

Credit or Debit Card: Accepted through our secure payment platform. Please note that all card payments include a 4% processing fee.
Wire Transfer for US based banks: Payments made via wire transfer do not include any additional fees.

When completing your payment, please ensure the following:

Full Name field: Enter the traveler’s full legal name (exactly as it appears on their passport or government-issued ID).
Email Address field: Provide the email address where we can reach you if we need clarification about the payment.

Wire Transfer for International banks: Payments made via wire transfer do not include any additional fees from Envoys. Please note that fees from your selected bank may apply. If this is your preferred payment method please read carefully and follow this set of instructions.

Refund Policy
Please carefully review our refund policy (available in the FAQ section below), including that 10% of the land price of a program is non-refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions

In collaboration with our partner schools, we as Envoys assume a duty of care for travelers on our programs. While it is impossible to guarantee freedom from harm, we take reasonable steps to assess and mitigate risks, both before and during travel.

The safety and well-being of our students are our highest priority. Each program involves comprehensive risk assessment and management planning. These plans are created in collaboration with the school and contain essential information for managing risks in the field, including medical issues, dietary restrictions, medications, travel policies, and destination-specific risks. We have a dedicated Risk Committee that meets on a weekly basis and a Full time Field Risk Director. At Envoys, we have also partnered with international health, safety, and security advisory services which provide 24/7 access to professional medical consultation and emergency evacuation services to make sure that groups have immediate support in the event of any type of emergency.

Envoys requests information from all participants months in advance, including medical and personal dietary restrictions in order to create a management plan that adheres to our participants needs and ensures that meals are planned for everyone, regardless of the destination. The sooner participants are able to complete their information, the better Envoys can anticipate and accommodate accordingly.

Dietary preferences are also taken into account in the creation of these management plans. However, we encourage all participants to approach travel with an open mind, and to appreciate and experience the diverse culinary offerings available during our travels.

At Envoys, the safety and well-being of our participants is our highest priority. All staff members are thoroughly trained to manage a wide range of situations, ensuring that every program is conducted with care and professionalism. For each destination and program, staff are required to hold medical training certifications appropriate to the specific context and needs. Additionally, Envoys conducts comprehensive annual training sessions focused on cultivating a strong risk management mindset, supporting mental health, and following established response protocols.

We kindly ask that you consult the CDC website and other relevant resources to verify whether any medications taken by the participant are restricted or regulated in the destination country.

The program may include activities that require a moderate level of physical fitness, such as walking tours, hiking, and other outdoor activities (depending on the program swimming activities). We recommend that participants assess their own physical capabilities and consult with a healthcare professional if needed. Please approach these activities with enthusiasm and readiness to embrace the physical challenges they may present.

Non-US citizens are only legally allowed to purchase Safe Travels USA Comprehensive or Safe Travels International Cost Saver insurance plans from Trawick International.

In the event of a cancellation, Envoys will not refund third-party fees paid by participants. This includes airline tickets booked by Envoys on behalf of participants (if applicable).

Refunds for participant cancellations are issued according to the following schedule based on the number of calendar days prior to the trip departure:

40 days or more: 100% refund minus the non-refundable deposit (10% of the total cost), applicable airline fees, and any non-refundable deposits made to providers.
Less than 40 days: No refunds will be issued.

All cancellation requests must notified to Envoys directly. The participant cancellation date will be determined based on the receipt of this notification.
