What do I do if I can't connect to the Zoom room?

If you can't connect to the Zoom room, here are the steps you need to take:

  1. Let our team know via one of the contact options above and explain the issue. We will inform your facilitator and ensure the session is recorded and made available to you.
  2. Make sure your Zoom app and computer software are up to date. For a guide on how to check for Zoom updates click here.
  3. If the app is still presenting issues, try to join the room through your browser. For instructions on how to do this, click here.
